The Experimac store in north Morgan Junction, local franchise of a national chain, has closed after a year and a half. The note on the door announcing the shutdown says customers with warranties should contact the warranty company directly. Bummer. I went there when my old laptop was freaking out. Great staff, and very great customer service. Crap, back to the Genius Bar!
Wow, that’s too bad — went in there a couple times, always great service and problem solved in a reasonable time and cost. Wish Travis well whereever he ends up.
