Go see the stars! West Seattle stargazing party planned tonight

Just got word from Alice Enevoldsen that since it’s turned out to be such a beautiful, clear day, she’s going to be at Solstice Park tonight for anybody interested in stargazing. Full details on her Alice’s Astro Info site.

    Neato – I just checked Alice’s site and she says the International Space Station will be appearing at 7:47 tonight also; starting in the West-Southwest. It moves FAST – looks to me as if it will be out of view to the North-Northwest in about three minutes. If I interpreted that correctly. Wow, short viewing window.

    Yup d, that’s right, ISS moves pretty quick, but you have lots of chances.
