The city of West Seattle apparently only existed for five years (1902-1907). Does anyone know where city hall was?

I understand several festivities are planned, including: Crosswalk Painting, a Name Townhouse/Condo contest, Guess the next Condo conversion project, a “Find that Pothole” treasure hunt and design an alternate viaduct route contest.
