Restaurant revealed

A sign for Heliotrope Architects just turned up in the window of the future Spring Hill (north end of The Junction, ex-In Bloom). That led us to a page on Heliotrope’s site providing a peek at what’s in progress (it’s a flash site so no direct link; go here, click IN-PROGRESS, then click SPRING HILL RESTAURANT). Further investigation of info from that site led to another one declaring Spring Hill seeks to “redefine the French bistro in Seattle.”

Hmm…I’m guessing this Mark Fuller is the same Mark Fuller from The Dahlia Lounge. Should be interesting!

A trusted WSB associate did mention earlier this spring that they had heard about a possible “someone who had worked with/for Tom Douglas” link for Spring Hill, so perhaps that verifies it.

I’ll confirm this is indeed Mark Fuller of Dahlia Lounge who is also a West Seattle resident. This will be a great addition to our WSea dining experiences!

I know Mark Fuller personally and he’s a wicked chef!! He and his restaurant will definitely be an awesome addition to W. Seattle.

Sorry, comment time is over.
