  Haven’t been able to find proof if this is the same guy, but this might be a perfect example of what goes around, comes around. Copy and past the link below:

  King County Jail Records also show that he was in custody last year. The charge is listed as “COMM. PLAC ARR/VUCSA”. Anyone know what that means?

  about August 6, 1988 of Chester Bailey, Jr., a human being who was not a

  participant in the crime.

  of course, I don’t want to sound judgemental, but most people that are the victims of violent crime like this are usually up to no good to begin with. I won’t go as far as saying they had it coming, but really – ask yourself, how many times have you, good, law abiding citizen been looking down the barrel of someone else’s gun?

  you people make me sick to my stomach. all you ignorant holier than thou judgemental idiots. how in the hell can you justify posting his crminal record after the man is dead. no wonder the system is hated and feared. the man is dead. this killing is not a direct result of what he did twenty years ago.(twenty) that man paid his debt to you uppity just-us giving people. what about the person who killed him? are you saying that less attention should be given to finding his killer? inadvertently yes you are. and in comment to mr.eric you have been blessed. my grandfather was a cop and a law abiding citizen who after retirement was killed by the same people he worked for. and my guess is that you are not an african born in america. because even my mother was held at gunpoint and is a law abiding citizen. ignorance is bliss. you got the nerve to say “i dont want to sound judgemental” after a person is dead whats done is done his debt has been paid. but of course you people like to look down on others to make yourselves feel better. no one is perfect.
