Kinda like that nickname for the upward development along Cali. Or maybe we’re just hopeless SW geeks. Anyway — today’s developer development: Houses going down, more townhomes going up, on the north end, on a lot sold to Omni for a cool $1.8 mil last spring.

  1. I don’t recall Omni doing townhomes before – is this a first for them?

    I see the County Appraiser was a bit “off”… (By about $1.4 Million!!!)

    Taxable Land Value $298,000
    Appraised Improvement Value $56,000

  2. I think Omni did the townhouses near the post office on California (the ones with the arches). I’m sure they’ve done other townhouse projects.

  4. OK, you’re really going to be critical of this project. Here’s one of the condos I’m pretty sure were done by Omni on California:
