saddleshoes15MemberYou must be talking about Sada Simran. I was taught by him when I lived in L.A. I would love to have him teach in W.S. It only takes me 10 minutes on the viaduct to get to unity

acemotelParticipantIt would help to know a little something about this class. What makes it “absolute wonderful”? If OP can describe and sell it, I can be convinced.

bsmommaParticipantKundalini Yoga (with Sada) is my 1st and only exposure to Yoga. I can honestly say that at the end of the class (the Gong), I have NEVER been that fully and completely relaxed in my entire life. It’s a pretty cool feeling to be lying on your back and literally feeling the vibrations of the Gong going through your body. Might sound crazy but it’s true!!! It’s worth a try for sure!

DMLMemberAnother vote for a West Seattle class and how wonderful to have such a yogi in our midst. Will be going to Unity tomorrow night to experience the class. Thanks for keeping us posted on any updates.

saddleshoes15MemberHe is a true Yogi. He wears his turban with pride. His teacher of 36 years was Yogi Bhajan.Yogi Bhajan was the first Kundalini Master to bring Kundalini Yoga to the United States. He uses this cool gong during meditation.
If you see a handsome white guy with a turban and beard in West Seattle say Hi!
