    I have 3 small, leaking and old windows to replace and really really do not want to spend too much.

    I want it done well and quick. Help!

    Funny, I posted Artisan Windows without reading this. I suggest you call them for an estimate. They (Mike?) are very reasonable and dependable, judging from my limited experience.

    I used Home Depot to replace 3 windows a couple of years ago. Heating bill has reduced and the price was very good. However, after contacting Home Depot because the windows leaked, it was passed to the subcontractor to repair. Didn’t happen. When the attorney general stepped in to help with the warranty, Home Depot “encouraged” the subcontractor to address the issue. This last storm I found that one still leaks!
