and, then…someone does something that makes the world better…I’m just starting to see clients, after a 2 week recovery period.My 1pm client shows up at 12:15pm, gives me her check, and says…no massage, I’m taking you out to lunch..

it’s a paler shade of gray :)

it’s too easy to focus on the meanness that can be some people’s response to stress…

and to miss the kindness that most of us show even to strangers during periods of adversity…

my thanks to the lady in Target who took my coke off the shelf and put it into my basket for me… i really appreciated the help.. especially since it came with a smile and without comment…

thanks for noticing i needed a little help and stepping up to give it…
