    Position Summary: The Training Administrator is a skilled professional with excellent planning and platform skills. This is a flexible half-time position.
    Identifies training needs for the organization and develops action plan to meet training needs
    Works with Navos partners (the Consortium) to ensure training that best meets member’s needs is delivered in an effective manner
    Develops internal training in conjunction with other departments
    Coordinates efforts with Inpatient Training Administrator to implement best practices in training delivery
    Assists with general orientation
    Plans monthly Agency Orientation

    Education, Experience, and Certification: Minimum 4 years in Training leadership function, ideally in health care or non-profit setting
    Demonstrated experience with doing Needs Analysis
    Manages training data to ensure accurate records are kept
    Partners with training providers when outside expertise is required

    Physical Abilities: The position involves lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and stooping requiring upper and lower body strength. Lifting up to 15 lbs. may be required without assistance.

    Compensation: $25-$32 per hour DOE

    Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of an updated background investigation.
