On 1/8/14 around 3p, our neighborhood noticed a gray Toyota coup with dark tinted windows parked on our block. Inside the car there appeared to be a handful of teenage girls. It was witnessed a passenger “shooting up” (or perhaps being shot up by the driver). The passenger was an African American girl, but the other girls could not be identified. This morning the neighbor noticed the same car in the WS High parking lot. Though the plate was not taken, it is almost certain to be the same car.
The drug activity is certainly concerning and we don’t want it in our neighborhood, but we are also concerned about the girls. It is our aim that someone will recognize this cars description and alert the caregivers of the girls and hopefully get them the help that they need.
