I just had mine done by Northwest Moss Removal. It was $500 + tax. I think my roof is a little smaller than yours. They brush the moss off and that costs more than pressure washing. Then applied Moss Out.

2 Things. Do not use high-pressure water. Bad for a roof.

I hired a man from Casa Latina, gave him the tools and he did it in about 3-4 hours. $100.
