SueParticipantI need to have my wedding/engagement ring resized (they’re soldered together). Does anyone have a recommendation as a place they highly trust to do this? It’s a sentimental piece as the engagement ring was my mother’s, so I don’t want to take it just anywhere. Thanks.

squareeyesParticipantI’ve had some of my mother’s old jewelry repaired at Russell’s Jewelry 4551 California Ave SW and been very happy with the work.

AReaderParticipantGo to Wyatt’s Jewelery accross from 24HR Fitness at Westwood Center. They gave new life to my wife’s 1940s antique wedding set/heirloom. And they are reasonable.

flowerpetalMemberI second the recommendation for Wyatt’s. Kurt is a genuinely nice guy and as honest as the day is long.

addParticipantI’ll also recommend Wyatt’s. I had some sizing done on several rings – it was a little expensive but I really like the owners and feel they do good work with integrity. One thing I was very impressed with – a while ago I brought two watches in to have batteries replaced, Wyatt’s will do them for a donation to the local Food Banks (you can decide how much to give). I loved that!

SueParticipantThanks for the recommendations – sounds like Wyatt’s is the place to go!

celeste17ParticipantI use Russell’s Jewelers in the Junction. They have done some really nice work for me. When my Dad died we had an old watch that belonged to one of his Aunt’s that he had planned to have fixed for me for Christmas. The gentleman who was going to do it wasn’t available and shortly after the first of the year my Dad passed away (2000). So Mom took the watch to Russell’s and he worked diligently in getting the watched fixed and returned to us at the cost quoted. Ron and Patty own and operate this store and strive to make everyone to feel special. They always remember my name and ask about my Mom. So I highly recommend their store and their customer service.
