Tonight while walking home between 36th Ave SW and 37th Ave SW on Trenton, an owl attacked me twice around 9:30 pm. No serious injury, but thought other nearby residents should know.

That can be quite scary. Did the owl make contact with you? An owl grabbed the back of my head at dusk up in Arbor Heights a couple of years back. I thought someone had thrown something at me that hit the back of my head and I yelped in surprise. I heard nothing and saw nothing, no person was outside. A short while later a friend took photos of the back & top of my head. I had the scratch marks from the talons.
A friend of ours was walking last night, about 1:30 am in the same area and was attacked and followed by an owl! The owl swooped down and grabbed her hair twice. And then followed her for a couple blocks. Very scary as this was a huge owl. There must be a nest near by.
