I hope this is ok if I put this here because I have just dealt with one of the most honest repair guys ever. I have a Blu-ray DVD player with Netflix capabilities and to cut to the chase it needed some wiring issues resolved. Caleb came over and spent 2 hours trying to figure things out and this was new to him. He said he was not going to charge for this trip as he would like to call Samsung and come back. Not only did he come back bright and early the next day, he had called Samsung, charged me HALF of what he initially quoted me. He is a new business and a very nice, honest person.
