In a time where customer service seems like a lost art, I would like to commend CJ for excellent work. I first noticed him collecting the carts in the parking lot at Target. Then, after shopping and waiting in a long line to check out, he opened a register. He was polite and efficient. Days later, while shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond, I noticed him in the parking lot, collecting wayward Target carts. He was so polite, he offered to return my BB&B cart for me! Yesterday again he was a jack of all trades at Target. I just wanted to mention how refreshing it has been to experience EXCELLENT customer service. Keep it up CJ!
