I’m wondering if there was medical attention received afterwards to confirm the “rape & sodomy” accusation. I just read the article. It says she met the guys, went drinking with them, ended up at an apartment, passed out and woke up with articles of her clothing off. Not by any means am I defending this guy but I’m sure we do not know all the facts and from what the article says, it seems to be missing some key information.

His bodily fluids were identified and found inside her person. Sorry I am trying to say this politely.

I just find his behavior reprehensible. She is left to ‘defend’ herself. They all are scot free?

This happens a lot with women.

That’s what I get for scanning through the article. One of them will have to live the rest of there life knowing they lied. Karma’s a mother! But if they were drinking and one if not both blacked out maybe neither of them know the truth? Alcohol in large quantities typically does not turn out well. I hope it didn’t happen as rape.

Just the facts.

He lied. Lueke had maintained that he was out partying with the woman and his teammates but that he never raped or had sex with her.

*But DNA tests came back in March 2009, linking Lueke to semen found inside the woman. He was arrested April 29, 2009. That’s when he changed his story and said they’d had consensual sex.Lueke pleaded no contest — recognized in criminal court as the equivalent of a guilty plea — to a reduced charge of false imprisonment with violence and was sentenced Nov. 19 to the 42 days he had served in jail before posting bail, and three years’ felony probation.

He needs to go.
