K-5 STEM is searching for a part-time playground/cafeteria monitor to join our team everyday from 12:00p – 2:30p. The best person for this job is one who is kind, loves kids; however, he/she can maintain order and safety through a positive approach; and focuses on developing strong relationships with students and staff. This person is firm, fair, and consistent in interactions with students, staff and district personnel. This person is respectful and maintains confidentiality at all times. This wonderful person is also able to take direction and is willing to grow and learn along with our students and staff.
