Why is Seattle so prone to power outages?
I’ve lived in far more severe climates than this, including in other countries with aged infirm infrastructures, and nowhere have power outages been common as here in Seattle.
What gives with this? Explanations?
Power outages seem more common in areas with larger concentrations of trees, particularly during periods of high wind.
