Locally owned Help is Here is currently hiring for PT cleaning positions. We service residential and commercial clients in the Seattle and King County Area. We are rapidly expanding and are in need of hard working, reliable individuals to join our team. Attention to detail is a must! Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Prior experience is preferred.
We are looking for high quality cleaning professionals who are interested in joining our team. Pay begins at $21.00 per hour or depends on experience. Pay and work reviewed after 1 month and then every three months for first year. Yearly after that.
Job Requirements:
Develop professional working relationships within the job site.
Communicate with customers, clients and co-workers on various levels.
Must be fluent in English
Animal lover and comfortable around pets
Provide every client with a rewarding experience.
Demonstrate a superb work ethic.
Maintain compliance with established procedures, industry standards and regulations as well as those of client facilities.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable vehicle and proof of current vehicle insurance. Comfortable driving own vehicle to and from houses
Must be available to work night and weekends. This is a part time position but hours will grow with the business.
Must pay excellent attention to detail.
Flexibility of time.
At least 18 years old and have the legal right to work in the United States.
A cellphone with voice mail and texting abilities.
Must be able to work independently or in a team
Must be able to climb stairs and lift, move and carry 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extend periods of time, must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and kneel.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
References required.
