Menashe and Sons Jewelers, a family-owned and operated business established in 1973 and located in the heart of West Seattle, is seeking 1 full-time and 1 part-time Entry Sales Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate has a passion for jewelry, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced retail environment. You will assist customers with purchases, repairs, general inquiries, share product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service that reflects our long-standing reputation in the community.

No prior jewelry experience is required — we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Detailed Responsibilities

Assist customers with sales, inquiries, and repairs
Provide excellent customer service
Handle POS transactions accurately
Support merchandising and store presentation on a daily basis
Maintain a welcoming and professional store environment

Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Self-starter with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
Ability to work peak retail hours, including Saturdays, holidays, and special events

Qualifications
High school diploma required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Sales or jewelry knowledge is a plus, but not required
