Lost Diamond at Thriftway :-(

This is a total long shot, but I was shopping at Thriftway today and somewhere in the store or parking lot the center diamond of my new 10-year anniversary ring fell out. I’m just sick about it! My husband got it for me just five days ago so it must not have been set right. If, by any chance, you see a beautiful cushion cut diamond in the parking lot or inside Thriftway please send me a message. I’d love to get it back and set correctly. Thank you!

I once lost a pearl and scoured the floor and parking lot of Bartell’s to later find it in my purse. When I thought about it made sense, got dislodged while rummaging for something. Hopefully you will have the same good luck!

Thank you mom2boys! I have been keeping my eyes peeled in my fanny pack (what I was wearing that day) and car in case it flung off my hand in those locations. I had also just finished a 3 mile walk at Lincoln Park and am not 100% sure it fell off at Thriftway (maybe 80% sure :) so it really could be anywhere. No luck yet. We have it at the jewelers for a new diamond as thankfully it is covered by insurance, but I really loved that one! We will see, maybe one day it’ll come back around. (Fingers crossed!)

WSeaKell, you might try going to the parking lot at night – use a flashlight and get low to the ground and shine it horizontally to see if your diamond picks it up and flashes. Of course you want someone watching out for you to be safe from cars!
