Charles Buell. This guy knows his stuff, was incredibly professional and easy to work with (we were buyers), and the report we received afterwards was very well done.

We would not hesitate to hire him again. Yes, he may be a bit more costly than some others, but having worked with inspectors as a buyer and a seller, I cannot say I’ve worked with anyone who is better than this man.

Reis has caught a number of issues that have stopped a sale so there are some realtors who do not appreciate her, but if you want someone who is thorough, she’s the one.
