    WSB
    Keymaster

The tip comes from Daniel Huh, from one of the local e-cycling firms, who sent this note:

    >>>>This is Daniel again with EWC Group. Just wanted to pass along the info that

you can get free tickets to the Seattle Green Festival on the website below:

    http://www.seattlecan.org

(TR note – you’ll find the link to free tickets, if you sign up for Seattle CAN e-newsletter, halfway down the page)

EWC Group Electronic Recyclers will be at the show.

Our Seattle Facility will accept all electronic waste including the items

that the WA E-Cycle program doesn’t accept (mice, keyboards, scanners,

    printers, audio/visual equipment) for free.

Just thought it might be great to let the WSB people know.

    Thanks and Best Regards,

    Daniel J Huh

PCC is also giving free passes away with grocery purchases. Don’t know what the minimum purchase amount is, but I’ve gotten 2 so far with (separate) $40 dollar purchases. If you’re shopping there anyway, check your reciepts to see if you got one.

I just got one for free at PCC – my total was just over $30 – I wondered if it was by how much you spent or if it was just random. And if you don’t find a free pass, you can save $5 by showing a bus pass or transfer.

i got a free ticket today at PCC. They didn’t mention it when they handed me my receipt, and i crumpled it up and threw it out. But i just visited my recycle bin, and sure enough, there was one. nice. thanks for the heads up:)
