Free Diamond parking?

Just want to give everyone a heads up on the Diamond parking lot @4501 42nd AVE SW. On Friday I took my kids to the dentist and parked in the lot. When I got back I had a parking ticket for $25.00. The reason was that I was “improperly parked”. I called and spoke to Diamond and they sent me a picture of my car slightly over the line. The lot had about 10 cars total and I was parked for less than an hour. Be careful drivers, Diamond parking is after all the money they can get. Next time I will be looking for street parking to avoid any contact with Diamond!

You’ll get a bigger fine when you park incorrectly on the street.

Are you saying you were parked illegally and you shouldn’t have gotten a ticket? I have been in that lot when its full and there is one open space with someone parked taking up two lanes and I couldn’t fit my car in.

Just back up and fit between the lines next time.
