Black samsung cell phone found near corner of Admiral and Lander (Admiral District on way down to Alki area). We saw it there last night (Friday the 7th) and it was still there by this afternoon (Saturday the 8th) so we brought it home and have it charging up. Can’t get into it – screen is locked.
