Forum business: Please watch the categorization

Hi – I know many people use the forums by watching the “latest discussions” index, so the specific categorization of a thread isn’t so important, but please help out those who DO follow the forums category by category – either on the website or via RSS (since you can subscribe to feeds for individual topics etc.) and please take a moment when launching a topic to make sure it’s in the right place — The default is currently Reader Recommendations (hoping to change that in the next upgrade); unless it’s a request for an RR please be sure you choose the right topic. (Also please make sure 2008 Election topics are launched there and not in Open Discussion.) I’m going through now to try to scrub the categories but appreciate your ongoing help in picking the best area when starting a topic. Thanks! – TR

Thanks, we also will find a way in the next upgrade to post stuff like this “stickily” on the MAIN page – even if we “sticky” it now it will only be that way on the section page …
