ToddinWestwoodMemberHow long was it since a car ran into that building and they STILL dont have it fixed yet. Now it has started to get tagged and they have not done anything about it. Lame. Time to call the city.

JimmyGMemberSo did you call the city?
I’m not sure what law the owners would be violating by not fixing it right away–probably waiting for insurance $$ to fix it.

KenParticipantI did not notice the boarded up section until you mentioned it. I have not set foot in an Exxon branded establishment since the Exxon Valdez oil spill.

AnonymousInactiveToddinWestwood:
Try this:
Filing a Complaint about a Potential Code Violation
IMPORTANT: Before reporting a potential code violation, please read all the information on this page.
In most instances, DPD begins investigating a code violation and taking enforcement action when a citizen reports a potential violation (see list of common violations). If you think you know of a potential violation, you may report it in the following ways:
Use our online Code Violation Complaint Form.
Call the DPD Violation Complaint Line at (206) 615-0808.
Visit DPD Code Compliance staff in person (location & hours).
Send a letter to DPD Code Compliance, 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 2000, P.O. Box 34019, Seattle, WA 98124-4019.

JeannieParticipantAgree with Ken! Exxon is not exactly known for taking responsibilty for its actions. I wouldn’t go near one! And good info, Lattemom.
