This was a gift when my son was born and though it was set up it was never used. My son never took to a crib and went from bassinet to co-sleeping to floor bed. We bought the Toddler Bed Conversion Rail as well but it was never used. The is a 3 in 1-going from crib, to toddler bed (with kit bought extra), to big kid bed (full size headboard). We are selling it for $800. Currently it is broken down, but will fully assemble for buyer so they can check that it is fully functional and together.
