There is a dollar store in White Center but I’ve never been in it so I have no idea what they carry.

There is also a “Dollar Tree” in Burien.

I’ve been in White Center’s store. It’s okay, but if there’s a Dollar Tree in Burien it’s worth the drive.

Oooh…dollar stores, my favorite! There is a dollar store in White Center, can’t recall the name, but its on 15th as I recall (right off the main drag of 16th). To me, they don’t have the best dollar buys around, however they do carry fresh fruit and vegetables (!!) and they have been surprisingly good buys for me.

The absolute best dollar store however is the Dollar Tree in Burien by the Grocery Outlet. It is clean, bright, open, and they carry really nice stuff including name brands that I have scene at Target and Marshalls. I’m a bargain junkie, so this is what I know :)

i like both the dollar tree in Burien and the dollar store in White center.

In White center (by McClendons) i bought pots for the herbs on my deck… and saucers to go under them that were really tortilla warmers.. but work great..

anyone have any ideas for what to do with the lids???

I also bought plates… knock off japanese style….cheap enough that i can use them whenever i want… and still they look classy.

I forget what i bought in the dollartree in Burien (across from Elliot Bay brew pub and next to grocery outlet/canned foods).. but i spent $30… so i am pretty sure a fair amount of craft supplies was included:)

but yes.. for real dollar store shopping. there is nothing like tacoma.
