    Creoworks is a young commercial design/build furniture company based in West Seattle near the Port of Seattle on West Marginal Way. We’re currently hiring for an administrative assistant position that includes the following responsibilities & traits:

    Traits

    – organized

    – able to work well with others

    – takes initiative

    – positive

    Responsibilities

    – answer phone

    – accounts payable & receivable management

    – invoicing

    – general office organization

    – support to project management

    Desired Computer Skills

    – MS Office products: excel, word

    – Quickbooks

    – Design programs like Sketch up, Photoshop, InDesign
