I work 4 jobs on Mondays.
Then you have taken on more than you can handle It’s never good to no show an interview appointment of any kind. You should respectfully bow out and ask that they take over.

The no ahow no call, reaching out by text, 3 hours later, no phone call prior, and requesting to complete the phone interview on the spot causes myself and others to question your judgment, of others, dependability, punctuality, and basically wether payment would be accurate and on time.
This is a job and we take interviews seriously and expect our employers to be on point!!!
Respectfully I have declined this position and I ask that you do better in the future as well as mindful of others work load and handle your hiring process yourself.
