Other activities and tables to take in:
Crowd participation:
o Nominate and vote for your favorite West Seattle Third Places
o “A Club I’d Love to See in West Seattle is…” Write down and vote for clubs that should be formed in West Seattle. If there is enough support and interest, maybe someone will start one! Also allows participants to share information if a club opportunity does actually already exist and isn’t widely known about.

o Door Prize Raffle for Jamboree Attendees—everyone who attends will be issued a door prize raffle ticket that needs to be validated in order to be entered in the raffle. Attendees validate their ticket by going around to booths that interest them and interacting with participating groups. You need 5 stamps to validate your ticket. There will be a drawing every hour, on-the-hour and you must be present to win. Winners will get their pick of available standard raffle prizes. All non-winning tickets for that hour will be placed in the Grand Prize Drawing. Those winners do not need to be present to win. That drawing will take place after the event concludes and the prizes will be distributed to the winners after the fact.
o Light snacks for attendees
o Lunch options provided for tabling partners and event volunteers

Ways for the West Seattle Community to get involved:
Donate your time and volunteer—This is a fantastic way to get involved in the community. We have lots of volunteer opportunities available—light clerical roles, Set-up—both on November 6 th and November 8th, Clean-up, Food Table monitoring & freshening, Picking-up Jamboree donations, Greeters, Welcome Table hosts, floaters to help staff club tables, Advertising & getting the word out ahead of the event in the community, and help with our Social Media campaign. There is a way that anyone can be involved and be a part of the Joiner Jamboree. Donate prizes for the raffle to help encourage community participation in the festival. We have standard raffle prizes and grand prizes. If your business or organization would like to be a festival sponsor, please reach out and let us know what you might want to contribute to the cause.

Donate money or prepared food to help fund the festival—Fairly low cost for such a large community event, but there are costs involved. Print media design, Printing, Signage, Food, Screening Fees, Wrap-up gathering for volunteer team to gather lessons learned. Anything raised above and beyond will be applied to future events. Our next one (in the earliest of planning stages) is the West Seattle Club Collaboration Convention in early 2026.
