Other activities and tables to take in:
Crowd participation:
o Nominate and vote for your favorite West Seattle Third Places
o “A Club I’d Love to See in West Seattle is…” Write down and vote for clubs that should
be formed in West Seattle. If there is enough support and interest, maybe someone will
start one! Also allows participants to share information if a club opportunity does exist
and isn’t widely known about.
o A sign-up sheet for clubs who missed the chance to host a table in the Joiner Jamboree
so they can list their contact information and also be included in the West Seattle Civic
Directory that we’ve compiled while doing outreach for the festival. These clubs will be
contacted about future West Seattle Joiners events.

o Door Prize Raffle for Jamboree Attendees—everyone who attends will be issued a door
prize raffle ticket that needs to be validated in order to be entered in the raffle.
Attendees validate their ticket by going around to booths that interest them and
interacting with participating groups. You need 5 stamps to validate your ticket. There
will be a drawing every hour, on-the-hour and you must be present to win. Winners will
get their pick of available standard raffle prizes. All non-winning tickets for that hour
will be placed in the Grand Prize Drawing. Those winners do not need to be present to
win. That drawing will take place after the event concludes and the prizes will be
distributed to the winners after the fact.
o Light snacks for attendees
o Lunch options provided for tabling partners and event volunteers
