IT’S PLANTING TIME! March marks the end of planting season and we’ll be installing native bare root plants and trees in a beautiful area of urban forest in the Park. We promise you lots of good nature vibes and high fives. Please be sure that all volunteers, including youth are registered! (Bare Root Planting 101 Video: click here

What to Bring
Unaccompanied Youth (under 18) pls. bring a signed Youth Participant Waiver Form, located on the right side of this page. Please dress for Seattle weather. Dress in NW layers to stay warm/cool and dry. We suggest long sleeves and pants year-round to protect from scratches. Wear closed-toe, sturdy shoes or boots, a personal water bottle to keep hydrated and personal garden/work gloves if you have them. We will have lots extra clean gloves and tools to borrow and light snacks to help keep your energy up!

Where to Meet
We will meet near the map kiosk in the NORTH parking lot on Fauntleroy Way SW (and SW Rose St).
