More biodiesel coming to West Seattle

From the city’s Daily Permit Issuance report: The Exxon station at 35th/Barton just got a permit that says it’ll be adding a “5,000-gallon above-ground biodiesel tank.”

Wow!! My husband is going to be so conflicted… He runs his car on Biodiesel, and that location is unbelievably conveinent for us, but he hasn’t given a dime to Exxon since the Valdez spill…

The biodiesel pump won’t be Exxon! It is owned and operated by Propel Biodiesel of Seattle:

Dear Rob, thank you for the link to propel bio fuels…And that it is NOT owned by Exxon (boo…hiss…) This will indeed be a close location for us diesel driving Jettas. And I’m glad you all quit picking on Jetta drivers. I really try to obey the speed limits, and end up slowing traffic..oh, well. I just know I’m not going to get a “free ticket” in the next block.
