Townhome glut… Definately. Opportunity for 1st time buyers to get in (especially with the States current 1st time buyer programs)… Definately. But do your homework!
Last month we found a dead baby rat in the basement toilet of our rental house here in WS. Talk about a disgusting discovery! I’ll never use a toilet in the dark again after that. Hopefully we’ll never see one again, but you can be sure I’m looking.
DB Cooper is still alive and is running for President under the assumed name Hillary Clinton.
