Thanks for the tips and photo! For those wondering about the five-car SPD response on the north side of Morgan Junction Park at noontime, it was dispatched as a fight involving two men and one woman, with one person reported to be holding a knife. The presence of a weapon is what resulted in the large response. One person was reported injured – not described as knife wounds – and at least one person was taken into custody.
So the park is not even finished and already we have bad actors hanging out causing trouble. I doubt there will be mothers and children and elderly enjoying the final buildout. This “park” is going to be just like the junction Alaska street park. Never see family’s or elderly enjoying that park!!!!!
Morgan Junction Park has been finished for years, mostly a small space with lawn and seating. It’s the park addition site across Eddy Street that is unfinished. I do not know exactly where this fight was taking place when reported to 911.
