If rollover is due to reckless driving or driving while impaired, what usually happens to people driving the car: Arrested? Fined? Licensed revoked? Car impounded?
There is a DUI investigation associated with the crash. However, I don’t know which driver – an officer initially on scene radioed in with three plates to be checked.
If it’s in Washington State, NOTHING, their let go and after the 10th-17th DUI Crash-killing-injuring people they might get sentenced to Jail for a few months, but the Judges let them off easy and out early-soo they can get more!
This is false. DUI = jail. Three DUI suspects have been booked this morning alone. (Cross-referencing in the system is even worse since the jail roster index website was overhauled a week ago so I don’t know which is from this crash.)
No – wildly ignorant and misinformed. DUI’s are prosecuted regularly and the punishments are appropriately imposed based on the offender’s history.
