It was a brunch stop for the 25th annual Scooter Insanity, the Northwest’s longest-running annual rally of its kind (per its Facebook page). The schedule posted online by the local Westenders club shows the group was to head out on a Poker Run afterward, ending up on Capitol Hill this evening, and finishing the rally in Georgetown tomorrow.
