It’s called “Gatewood Apartments” but this 22-year-old, 16-unit building at 6547 42nd SW (map) is in the heart of Morgan Junction, right behind Thriftway. Just listed at $1,950,000. (This isn’t in the listing, but city records show an “unresolved” condo-conversion application from 2006.)
They replaced the windows, and most of the sliders to the decks with french doors, plus new siding all in the last several months.

I hadn’t checked DPD on it’s status for awhile, and forgot the conversion was unresolved. I thought it had gone through.

This is the 3rd siding job the building has had in 22 years. Extensive roof work has been done several times. Looked like a couple of water damaged units were emptied out for quite a while for work to be done. The city report reveals some interesting issues with this building. Hope the new buyer puts more TLC into it than it’s had.
