Hours after state Transportation Secretary Paula Hammond took a ferry ride today from Southworth to Fauntleroy today to listen to commuters’ concerns about the sudden two-boat schedule, the ferry system announced changes: Starting Friday, they’re tweaking the afternoon/evening schedule to reduce the current hour-and-a-half-plus gap between sailings to Southworth.
