So says the flyer, and it’s right here in WS. We’d guess five offers by morning.

I think this may be the meth house that was busted about a year ago… I could be wrong though.

    It’s still +/- $300 per SF. That’s not a deal.

I just checked on the KC website… it is the one I thought. But, it has been released for occupancy.

Heh – luv the way they emphasize it’s a fixer by leaving the weeds up along the fence in the pic. Was that to obscure the house because it’s just so horrible?

I think I could sell my doghouse in the backyard for almost that same price since the dimensions are similiar.

I bet Omni Construction is on the phone with thre realtor right now…

This is definitely the meth house that was busted in the Pigeon Point neighborhood. Guess they got it cleaned up but would still be scary not knowing what chemicals still mnight be lurking in the walls.

Good call Robert, but Cobb Construction probably beat them to it.

If Omni or Cobb did want it, would that be worse than keeping it as it is? It pretty much looks beyond repair. If I was living next door, I’d rather have new construction than another drug house. But maybe that’s just me.

I’d be concerned about buying anything built on that site without proof of full cleanup. How much residue from the drugs was washed down the drain? The plumbing all the way throughout the site is probably contaminated, and so is the ground. Without proof of full cleanup/ripout I wouldn’t want to live there. It’s got to be a health hazard. Those chemicals that are used to make meth are toxic for years.

It was a very small meth lab according to the cops after it was busted, but the house is about to fall off the hill. I bet a skinny house will be there within a year to match the three being built down the street.

Sorry, comment time is over.
