Lost black lab wandering High Point – NOW FOUND – July 23, 2013 10:29 pm

Belinda says the owner of a black lab on the run and the owner is out looking for the dog, whose name is Ray, and apparently he has a chip. If you happen to catch/find this dog, hang on, and maybe we’ll have contact info for the owner if it’s not resolved fast (otherwise, take it to a vet tomorrow and they should be able to check the chip).
