I recently made a roller derby team and am finding I need to do a little cross training to take my skills to the next level. My teammates are recommending yoga.
I would love to hear what experiences anyone has had with the local community centers and local yoga classes.
I personally like HOT Yoga. I’ve been to the one in the junction (can’t think of the name right now) and I’ll be giving the new one, Breathe Hot Yoga, a whirl soon. It definitly chalenged my endurance levels, physically AND mentally. :)
