Could you use a couple of Black Cherry tomatoes? Only about three inches high, but sturdy – they went through yesterday’s storm without flinching.

And I’ll be dropping off a few super-healthy potted native Salmon berry plants, so there will be LOTS of variety at this sale!

This is happening tomorrow and Sunday, folks!

I’ll be there, but don’t let that deter you from coming by! The F3 Gang will ensure that I’ll be on my best behavior.

They’re even sending me hourly reminders today, to be sure to take a shower tomorrow morning.

So, come on by tomorrow and(/or) Sunday, buy plants and have fun!

Gotta go now. Need to figure out how this “shower” thingy works.

    Guess I could Google it….. ;-)

Another bump! Lots of amazing plants!

Mike: it’s going to rain tomorrow so if you don’t figure out the shower thingy, I can bring soap. Then you’ll be able to multitask: wash yourself and your clothes at the same time. ;)

    Thanks linda, and F3!

I thought about mentioning the rain, but it won’t dampen the Plant Sale, as it’s guaranteed to be sunny there!

    Disclaimer: Metaphorically. :-)

All-star cast when we stopped by for a couple of photos – miws AND WSBeat correspondent Megan Sheppard were both there, as well as many plant shoppers/buyers. Gratuitous sponsor plug – the renovated house by longtime sponsor Ventana Construction looks beautiful. (And look for the Ventana touch as part of the plant-sale setup on the south side of the house …) – TR

Oh man, the Plant Sale was so much fun today, and the weather co-operated so nicely! The “worst” was maybe a few little sprinkles.

F3 Leader Teri, was very satisfied with the take; we had several people say “keep the change”, and otherwise contribute above and beyond the cost of their plants.

I had a great day hanging with the F3 Gang and friends, having TR and Patrick drop by, and I had a nice visit with Megan, having last seen her over 40 years ago, when we both went to Lafayette, her name is one of probably about three, that I remember of fellow students from back then, as after the 5th Grade, my family moved over to the Kitsap Peninsula for a few years, so I didn’t “grow-up” with my Lafayette Classmates.

Anyhow, the Plant Sale is on again tomorrow, with one caveat; we were unable to do the Pet Tags today, as Teri couldn’t find the tags themselves, as she’s still working to get things organized in her Ventana Construction remodeled home, that was damaged during last year’s fire.

So, if you want a tag tomorrow and the tags have not yet been located, I would suggest talking to Teri, and see if maybe she could take all of your info down, and make the tag once they are found.
