Seattle Window Cleaners, formerly West Seattle Window Cleaners, is a fast-growing company with big ambitions. Our services include window, gutter and roof cleaning, as well as pressure washing and Christmas lights and 70% of our customers are in West Seattle. We are currently looking for several energetic, determined, engaging individuals to join our team.

This is a full-time year-round position where our experienced technicians average $65 – 70k / year including performance bonuses.

If you do not have a background in the industry, we will initially pair you with an experienced technician, starting out at $22 / hour, plus tips and various incentive bonuses. As soon as possible, the expectation is that you will transition into your own company vehicle, earning a commission based $27 – 38 / hour, plus tips.

In this job, you can expect to learn:

Safety procedures for working at height, including how to use ladders, ropes, anchors, etc.
Window, roof, gutter cleaning, pressure washing and other forms of essential home maintenance
How to work efficiently and problem solve, while still providing great customer service

Most of our jobs are in West Seattle, but we also service Capitol Hill, Mercer Island, Bellevue, and the surrounding areas.

You must be an athletic and strong individual. Experience doing hard physical work, or athletics, is a plus. Navigating roofs and lifting heavy loads are a daily part of this job, so it is great if you also have experience with ropes and safety protocols.

The customer service part of this job also requires you to be engaging and personable day in and day out.
