I’m needing to change pharmacies and am looking for one in West Seattle with a drive-thru. I know there are drive-thrus at Rite Aid in Westwood Village, Bartell in Admiral and Walgreens, but what I really am looking for is what their customer service is like – would you recommend one over another or tell someone to stay away? I’ve been using QFC’s pharmacy for years which I love, but was looking for something more convenient and tried Amazon Pharmacy – but I’m having issues with them and wanted to change to something local that doesn’t require me to have to park and go inside. (Before anyone accuses me of being lazy, I’m disabled.) Thanks!

Not in west Seattle, but CVS in Burien has a drive through and has very nice people. Rite Aid is horrible!

Thank you! Customer service is far more important to me than location. I never minded driving to Burien.

I stumbled upon this post and decided to revive this thread. Based on my personal experience and what I’ve heard from others, I’ve found that customer service can vary from location to location, so it’s always good to keep that in mind. However, I’ve heard positive things about the Rite Aid in Westwood Village and the Bartell in Admiral. Both of them have been recommended by people in the community for their friendly and helpful staff. I also wanted to mention that I recently discovered a great way to save money on medications. If you’re interested, you can check out http://www.charityrx.com/coupon/ubrelvy. They offer coupons, which can help you save some extra cash on your prescription.

I believe the Walgreens on 35th, near the U-Haul has a drive in.
