Are there any parks in the Genessee Hill area that are equipped with swings for toddlers or other little kid stuff (like sandboxes). Thanks.

the brand new park at 48th & Alaska is close, and fabulous; beautiful new play equipment, sandbox, and large grassy area for free play

The park Diane is talking about, Ercolini Park, is pretty good. My favorite park for sandboxes is the tot lot over by Sanislo school. It’s called Puget Ridge Tot Lot. It’s fully fenced. Great. It doesn’t have swings and a sandbox but I still think it’s the best for toddlers.

I love the Puget Ridge Tot Lot. It’s enclosed, so I can let my two-year-old run around without worrying that he’s escaped. I do also love Roxhill Park because of its proximity to Target. There’s a sandbox and several toddler swings.

Oops, I just re-read my post and I said my favorite park for sandboxes is the tot lot. I mean to say my favorite park for TOTS is the tot lot. LOL! Now I’m getting toddlers and sandboxes mixed up.
