What We’re Looking For:
– Manage purchase orders and inventory replenishment, ensuring all items meet quality standards and align with the brand.
– Analyze sales data and collaborate with store management to plan product assortments and promotional campaigns to enhance customer experience.
– Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
– Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
– Experience in retail buying or merchandising, preferably within outdoor sports, winter gear, or paddling equipment sectors.
– Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills to handle supplier contracts and inventory management.
– Passion for outdoor activities, with good knowledge of skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, and paddle boarding equipment and brands.
